Age Limit: 44 Years (Maximum upper age of the applicants shall not exceed 56 years including all possible age relaxations).
Pay Scale: Rs.1,00,000 – Rs.2,60,000/- (Plus Other Admissible Allowances)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree of minimum 02 years duration in Hospital Administration or MBA in Health Care/Hospital Management from a Govt. recognized University/Institution.
Experience: 12 Years (Post Qualification relevant experience as on 29.12.2018)

Selection Procedure: The selection will be through Personal Interaction (PI). The qualifying score is 50% in the Personal Interaction (PI). The merit list will be drawn from the candidates who qualify in the PI based on the marks scored in the PI.
Posting: The posting of the selected candidate will be in Oil India Limited (OIL) Hospital, FHQ, Duliajan, Assam. The services are also transferable as per the requirement of the company.

Candidates applying for the above posts must have passed the prescribed qualifications through full-time courses only.

All qualification should be from a University/ Institute recognized by the Government of India and the courses should be approved by UGC/ AICTE/ appropriate statutory authority. In case the educational qualification is obtained from overseas university/institute, documentary evidence that the university/institute and the course are recognized by Government of India must be enclosed at the time of submission of application.
Candidature of a registered candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process or after recruitment or joining if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or is not found to be in conformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
